This award is presented annually to a person who supports the aims and goals of OAPCE, and has substantially contributed in fostering a better understanding of Catholic Education in Ontario though the use of various forms of media.

  • She transformed the OAPCE newsletter from a few thousand publications to a circulation of 70,000 by 1988
  • She represented Sault Ste. Marie starting in 1976
  • Glorya handled all the technical aspects of publishing and editing
  • Retired from the Board in 1988
  • First award in 1988, fittingly went to Glorya herself
